We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 2 to 5 working days of receiving it.

Processing Time

We only process orders Monday-Friday to allow our fantastic team to enjoy their weekend and have time for extra long walkies!

Items are picked and packed to order, the time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 2-5 working days.

After placing your order, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

If a tracking service has been selected, you will be provided with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping

FREE UK Delivery: Spend £75 or over in one transaction and receive free standard delivery! Due to the size of some large items such as beds or heavy items (over 10KGS) these items are excluded from our Free Shipping offer. If in doubt, please call or email to enquire about a specific item prior to order.

Economy Service: £3.95 (5-10 working days), provided by Royal Mail.
Standard Service: £4.95 (2-5 working days), provided by Royal Mail.
Courier Tracked Service: £8.99 (2 – 5 working days) provided by DPD, EVRI or YODEL.

Collect In-store: FREE local pick-up from our Cardigan shop is available. Simply place your order online, select ‘local pickup‘ and then pay as normal. An email will confirm your payment and another when your order is ready for collection (usually within 48 hours). Then simply pop into our shop at 1 Priory Street, Cardigan, SA43 1BZ and collect your order in person!
